Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Customer Acquisition:
Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients who require cab services.
Pitch cab service offerings to corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and individuals.
Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Driver Partner Onboarding:
Source and onboard drivers for the cab platform through local outreach, events, or partnerships.
Explain company policies, fare systems, incentives, and app usage to drivers.
Ensure all driver documents are collected, verified, and uploaded correctly.
3. Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and driver partners.
Serve as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
Provide support to corporate clients and ensure timely issue resolution.
4. Sales & Performance Targets:
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for driver onboarding, corporate client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the reporting manager.
5. Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with marketing teams for local campaigns and driver acquisition events.
Assist in rolling out promotional offers and seasonal campaigns to boost ridership and partner sign-ups.
6. Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and conversion status.
Submit sales reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition - preferably in cab/transport/logistics industry.
Knowledge of the local market and geographic familiarity is a plus.
Ability to handle both B2B (corporate) and B2C (driver and rider) segments.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0 TO 1 Year years of experience in sales or field operations in the mobility/logistics/transportation sector.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of drivers onboarded.
Corporate clients acquired.
Monthly ride bookings generated through acquired channels.
Client and driver satisfaction ratings.
Retention and reactivation of inactive drivers or clients.
Working Conditions:
May involve working on weekends or holidays depending on operational needs.
Requires mobile phone and bike.
