**Job title**:Process Expert - Purchase to Pay

We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments.
We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process
Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

This is your role. What part will you play?
- You will part of team supporting Middle East and Africa as a Process Expert/Subject matter Expert.
- You will be posting invoices from Siemens entities across world/ knowledge of GRIR / MS office excel, Word, PPT
- You will be communicating and clarifying issues with commercials responsible.
- You will monitor volumes and queries from business ensure team achieve the set SLA.
- You will support both internal and external auditors.
- Working days from Sunday to Thursday.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
- You have successfully completed bachelor’s degree in commerce with 6+ years of experience in accounts Payable Invoice process /Inter Company AP/Affiliate AP
- You have been part of process improvement, Automation, Org Projects
- You have good analytical & problem solving skills
- You are someone flexible to work extended working hours during AP closing
- You are some one flexible to work on Saturdays as a part of closing requirement.
