Designation: International Patients Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Taking reports from International Patients and providing them cost estimates from our partner Hospital.

2. Explaining the patient about required treatment, cost estimate, doctor profile and Hospital services.

3. Assisting patients with the process for Visa and Travel

4. Arranging video consultation with Doctors

5. Regular follow-up with patients for converting them to preferred Hospitals

6. Other Backend Administrative works

The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, coordinating patients in various stages of conversion. The Patient Care Coordinator will be working from our office in Bengaluru.
