Hiring – Voice Process Executive

Location: jayanagar bangalore

Salary:

Shift: Day Shift (9 AM – 6 PM)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for freshers to join our team as Process Executives for the outbound voice process. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, promote products and services, and help achieve business targets. The position demands good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales, lead generation, or customer engagement.

Present company products/services clearly and persuasively.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Maintain call records and performance reports.

Follow company policies and ensure compliance standards.

Requirements

Freshers only (no prior experience required).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work full-time and achieve performance goals.

Additional Benefits

Candidates from outside Bangalore will receive food and accommodation support (₹4,000 budget) after completing 3 months.

After 3 month completion ₹18,000 take-home salary.
