International Voice Process – Job Description

Role: Customer Support Executive – International Voice

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shift

Work Mode: Work From Office (unless specified by the client)

Salary: As per industry standards

Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience

Languages: Excellent English communication is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Provide product/service information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and follow quality guidelines.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts and fast-paced environments.
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, CRM).
  • Customer-focused and positive attitude.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates should be comfortable with US/UK/Australia shift timings.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Prior BPO/Voice process experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
