Design, develop, and modify tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet tooling requirements.
- Create technical drawings and CAD models for tooling designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and material selection for tooling.
- Manage tool repair and rework to minimize production downtime.
- Track tool lifecycle, and initiate procurement or replacement as needed.
- Maintain accurate tool inventory and tracking records.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing teams to resolve tooling issues.
- Assist with tool setup, calibration, and production readiness.
- Recommend tooling and process improvements for efficiency and quality

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in tooling design, tool room operations, or manufacturing support.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.).
- Experience with CNC machining, tool maintenance, and manufacturing processes

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of mechanical design and tooling materials.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, stamping, die casting).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
