Skillset:

- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Front Office Associate at our prestigious Hotel/Resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to departure. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing information.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Manage guest accounts and payments, including processing cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including lobby and guest service areas.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including reservation and property management systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in multiple languages (desired but not required).
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
