**Inclusive Medicare Private Limited** is seeking a passionate, motivated, and trustworthy **Medical Device Sales Executive** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling cutting-edge healthcare and cardiology products, building long-term customer relationships, and driving business growth across the Delhi NCR and Haryana/U.P region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand customer needs
- Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
- Schedule and attend meetings with hospitals, doctors, technicians, and purchase teams
- Present products and services to potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and resolve client concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient order processing and delivery
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities
- Gather client feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a fresher with a keen interest in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Solid understanding of sales and negotiation principles
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner
- Willingness to travel locally across Delhi NCR/Haryana/U.P

**Qualifications**:

- Education: B.Tech / Biomedical Engineering / B.Pharma / B.Sc / MBA (Healthcare or Marketing preferred)
- Preferred: Experience in the medical device industry in Delhi NCR/Haryana/U.P
