- Greeting and directing visitors and clients.
- Providing information and answering inquiries.
- Managing calendars for individuals, groups, or the entire office.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing meeting agendas and distributing materials.
- Maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Organizing and managing documents, records, and databases.
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
