**Salary Range**: 15,000 - 30,000 INR per month (based on experience)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, expenses, and client interactions.
- Provide timely reports and updates to management on marketing activities and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation for travel within the designated area.

**Working Hours**:

- Split hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
