**Customer Acquisition**:

- Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations to address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- **Business Expansion**:

- Explore and identify new market opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums to expand the company's reach.
- **Marketing Strategy and Implementation**:

- Support the creation of targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Brand Awareness and Positioning**:

- Enhance the company’s brand visibility and reputation in the packaging industry.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, aligning with business expansion goals.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of marketing activities, customer interactions, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress in customer acquisition and business expansion efforts.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies in the packaging and thermoforming industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
