**Job description**

Indus Planet Mineral Solutions, a leading manufacturer in the **mineral grinding, ramming mass, and stone crushing industry**, is seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented **Telecaller** with at least **2 years of experience** to join our team. The Telecaller will be instrumental in interacting with clients, generating leads, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote **quartz, ramming mass, and stone products**.
- Respond to incoming customer queries and provide accurate information about the product line.
- Generate and maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients to drive sales growth.
- Maintain detailed call records and submit daily/weekly reports to the team lead.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and refine strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to build strong, long-term business relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any field).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferable more experience.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
- Capability to professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,159.61 per month
