**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce BN Productions' services, including TVCs, corporate films, social media marketing, LinkedIn marketing, YouTube marketing, and PR.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
- Maintain a database of client information and call records in the CRM system.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about services offered by BN Productions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over the phone.
- Persuasive, confident, and results-oriented.
- Basic understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and video production services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
