**Job Title**:Tele Sales Executive**

**Salary Range**:₹15,000 - ₹25,000** (Based on experience and performance)
**Incentives up to 20,000/-**
**Language Requirement**: Fluency in English is mandatory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell automobiles and related services.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicle models or offers.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and showroom walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.
- Handle customer queries professionally and convert inquiries into sales.
- Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in tele-sales or direct sales (automobile sales experience is a plus).
- **Fluency in English** is a must; proficiency in Hindi or local language will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
