**Job Description: (Tele) Sales Executive (3 Positions)**

**Location**: Full-time, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of Fabriclore’s products and services to prospects.
- Address customer inquiries effectively and resolve any objections to drive conversions.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, tele calling, and lead generation within a BPO/KPO setup.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales.
- **Mindset**: A proactive, customer-oriented approach with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- **Other Skills**: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with a focus on achieving goals.
