**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Develop and maintain content for blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters.

**2. Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Track social media performance and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

**3. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising**:

- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and other display networks.
- Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns are achieving maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for ad targeting.

**4. Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**5. Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and tailored to audience preferences.

**6. Collaborative Strategy Development**:

- Work with the broader marketing team to develop integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**7. Website Maintenance & Optimization**:

- Assist with website updates, content management, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the web development team for landing page and conversion optimization.

**8. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization**:

- Implement lead generation strategies through various online channels.
- Optimize sales funnels to improve lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
