**Job Description**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This position will be responsible to perform Production Planning & Production Control. Typical duties include prepare rolling 12-16 weeks production plan, co-ordinate with production on capacity planning, release monthly plans and ensure availability of kits for production. Assist Manufacturing/final Quality/incoming Quality engineering to achieve on time delivery.

1. Prepare monthly production plan and collaborate with manufacturing team to execute the same.

2. Do capacity analysis and ensure optimum utilization of the manufacturing capacities.

3. Co-ordinate for maintaining optimum inventory to ensure sub assembly, production of finished goods

4. Work with Line engineers on day-to-day planning and execution of plan.

5. Ensure material availability in coordination with incoming QA, Stores/Purchase Team

6. Ensure complete kitting of material to feed the production line for optimum capacity utilization

7. Analysis of pending sales order and plan material for future sales order

8. To meet shipment targets as per customer requirement in co-ordination with dispatch function

9. MIS Reporting Publish Weekly and monthly MIS repots.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATION**
- Working Knowledge/Experience of ERP -SAP
- Conversant with Lean manufacturing and supply chain tools.
- Should have exposure to supermarket concept and proficient in KANBAN principals
- Well conversant with ISO procedure
- Working proficiency in usage of MS-Office Tools
