**Position Title**: Production Planner

**Salary Range**: 4,000 SAR - 4,500 SAR

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the operations management team in coordinating and expediting material flow between departments based on forecasts and daily/weekly production schedules.
- Plan and monitor equipment and facility capacity to maximize productivity.
- Develop and manage the MRP system in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and production components.
- Liaise with the sales team to gather forecasts and convert them into actionable production plans.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Communicate production schedules, priorities, and updates to all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and quality assurance teams to ensure all products meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production analyses comparing actual performance to the forecast and capacity models.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of production strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles and production processes.
- Knowledge of capacity planning and production scheduling.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems; knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems is a plus.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in production planning.
- Fluency in English is required.

Pay: ₹91,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
