1) Yearly, Monthly or weekly planning for material as per orders.

2) Manage suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality, control inventories and ensure timely flow of material.

3) Monitor purchase price variance, inventories, shortages, and supplier performance.

4) Manage inventories to ensure continuous production while maximizing turns.

5) Develop thorough working knowledge of assigned commodities and associated supplier base.

6) Develop a thorough working knowledge of required SAP B1 systems.

7) Bring ideas to management and be able to implement necessary process improvements.

8) Material planning for production

9) Creating sales order, purchase order

10) Proactively report product & material availability issues.

11) Managing & supplying materials for rolling production plan.

12) Build collaborative relationships with key stake holders for increasing availability of service levels.

13) Balancing supply according to changing demand forecasts in upcoming manufacturing plan.

14) Identify & manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs of raw materials & packing material.

15) To coordinate with Central Supply planner & purchase for timely delivery of RM & PM as per material lead time based on the schedule.

16) Timely supply of raw material to manufacturing & packing material to packing department for achieving weekly & monthly production plan.

**Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai (Once a week traveling to Shahapur Factory)**

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
