We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven **Education Counsellor** to guide prospective students through the process of enrolling in our **Online MBA program**. You’ll be the first point of contact for aspirants, helping them understand the value of the program, addressing their queries, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand student needs and recommend program features that align with their career goals.
- Conduct counselling sessions to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Assist applicants with the admission process, documentation, and payment.
- Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (Business/Education preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or EdTech sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
