A Telesales Executive is a sales professional who uses the telephone to sell products or services to potential customers. They play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue for their company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Generate Leads**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
- Research and identify potential customers from various sources.
- **Sales & Conversions**:
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate deals effectively.
- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and lead information.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer trends, and market insights.
- **Continuous Learning**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.

**Additional Skills (Desirable)**:
- **CRM Software Proficiency**: Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- **Telephony Systems Knowledge**: Familiarity with telephony systems and dialing software.
- **Data Entry & Typing Skills**: Accuracy and speed in data entry.
- **Teamwork & Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with other members of the sales team.
