**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for the mini-sugar plant.
- Monitor the progress of civil works, equipment foundations, structural fabrication, and utility installation.
- Oversee the installation of plant machinery including cane handling systems, juice extraction units, boilers, evaporators, and crystallizers.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design and layout.
- Maintain and review construction schedules to ensure the project remains on time and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, construction drawings, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of the work being executed.
- Identify and resolve any construction issues or bottlenecks in coordination with the project team.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and site documentation.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure that the workforce follows proper safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in industrial project construction, preferably in sugar, food processing, or agro-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of industrial construction practices, foundations, piping, structural assembly, and machinery installation.
- Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
