Sales Executive

Responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical or medical services to healthcare professionals such as doctors. The MR builds relationships with medical staff, provides services information and demonstrations, and ensures high visibility of the company’s products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics.
- Schedule and conduct services presentations and demonstrations to doctors and medical staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager or company.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily or weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales visits and outcomes.
- Provide feedback from the market to management, including customer reactions and services performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools is an advantage.
**Working Conditions**:
- Field-based role with frequent travel.
- Requires interaction with a wide range of healthcare professionals.
- May involve attending medical conferences and events.
Pay: ₹20,000.69 - ₹30,000.00 per month
