**Profile**: CFO

**Experience**: We are seeking a finance professional with 8-10 years of experience in the têxtile manufacturing industry.

**Salary**: Upto 30k

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full-Cycle Financial Oversight**
- Handle budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning for production, inventory, and dispatch operations. Ensure financial integrity throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- **Costing & Margin Management**
- Perform product-wise costing, identify inefficiencies in the production-to-dispatch process, and recommend savings to enhance profitability.
- **Manufacturing-Focused Financial Reporting**
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and performance summaries-including factory metrics-within 10 days of month-end. Monitor KPIs and support management decision-making.
- **Compliance, Audits & Regulatory Management**
- Ensure legal and tax compliance (GST, VAT, Income Tax), manage audits, bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate fixed asset records.
- **Working Capital & Treasury Control**
- Oversee inventory valuation, vendor payments, receivables, and optimize cash flow. Lead banking interactions and monitor L/Cs, funding, and financial risk.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Act as strategic partner to MD and operations teams-supporting production, marketing, and dispatch through cost insights, financial policy development, and investment planning.

**Qualification**:Graduate

**Requirements**:

- At least 8-12 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within têxtile or fabric manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of plant-level operations-production planning, costing, dispatch, and compliance.
- Qualified CA or MBA in Finance preferred.
