The Experience Education (EE) division is part of the Travelopia Group, a KKR owned company, and is a market leading provider of educational travel - working primarily with schools, colleges, and universities, we deliver a wide range of experiences for their students: from ski and adventure breaks to international travel supporting core curriculum topics, Sports Tours and Expeditions to places near and far.

We operate under two business units: our Brighton based business, which offer ski, residential activity centres, sports and curriculum tours and is focused on UK educational establishments and sports clubs; and World Challenge (WCE) which offers Expedition travel for UK and Australian schools (as well as expanding into curriculum for the Australian market).

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented CRM administrator who has passion for clean, complete data and efficient automation. As we move forward, our CRM data will be pivotal for our strategy to power all aspects of our business across marketing, sales, after sales and finance. Working with the CRM manager, you’ll help refine and perfect our enormous school and teacher contact database, ensuring the data collect is what we need, is accurate and is complete. You’ll also help import external data, produce reports and ensure our processes are accurately automated - for each of the five brands within Education’s HubSpot CRM.

**What you will be doing**:

- Overseeing day-to-day admin for HubSpot, including adding and removing users, producing ad hoc reports and taking ownership of data cleanliness for all companies and contacts
- Getting to know the data quality issues within Education and help maintain data quality for new data and fix issues in existing data
- Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to CRM users
- Generating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insights into important metrics
- Assisting sales team in creating custom reports for specific business requirements
- Finding opportunities for automation and implementing processes to help streamline repetitive tasks
- Staying on top of errors in existing workflows to ensure data is continually maintained
- Helping create and maintain documentation for Experience Education’s CRM processes, procedures, and configurations including building up a dictionary of workflows
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within the CRM database
- Conducting regular data audits and implementing data hygiene standard processes
- Helping test and customize CRM workflows and properties to reduce conflict and duplication and enhance the smooth-running of the CRM across all 5 Business Units
- Working collaboratively with Finance business partner, assisting in producing management information not limited in CRM

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot
- Experience in handling complex data analysis, quality checking & working with internal teams to promptly resolve discrepancies
- Strong Excel skills, experience with SQL or BI tools will be desirable
- Takes initiative. Does not wait to be asked or told what needs doing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- HubSpot CRM Certification(s) is a bonus
