As our customer base expands, we’re looking for a dedicated **CRM Executive** to manage our customer relationships and digital communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**: Follow up with leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries.
- **CRM Tracking**: Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status.
- **Social Media Coordination**: Respond to Instagram DMs/comments and assist with post scheduling and basic content support.
- **Phone Call Handling**: Attend calls, explain product details, and resolve customer queries professionally.
- **WhatsApp Business Handling**: Engage actively with customers via WhatsApp, share product details, offers, and ensure timely replies.
- **Customer Support**: Create a friendly and helpful communication environment to retain and convert leads.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Any graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic mobile tools
- Good communication, follow-up, and time management skills
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Dharmadom, Kannur (Onsite only)
- **Employment Type**: Full-Time
- **Shift**: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
- **Start Date**: Immediate
