**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Cannanore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role entails identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring business growth.

Experience: 0-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule product demos for senior sales reps.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate prospect data.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaign feedback.
- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or additional languages is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and a good listener.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Passion for sales and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
