We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking and smart Service Executive with proven experience and a passion for after sales of instrumentation/analytical systemsto senior scientists/ researchers.

You will be responsible for after sales support of various sophisticated instruments that AlfaTech Services deals in. The service engineer's responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should provide friendly, efficient service at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
- Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
- Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

Requirements and skillsMust Have
- Qualifications: Service Executive: B.Sc/B.TechPhysics/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical
- Work Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Service Executive/ Engineer
- Communication skills: Medium Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to travel around 50% of the month across India

Good to Have
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with scientific/industrial fraternity
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in selling/servicing analytical/ online instrumentation systems
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
