**Job Title**:Customer Service Representative (Urdu)
**Location**:Dwarka Sector 7 (Delhi)
Department: Customer Service
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer issues and resolve them efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Collect customer feedback and share it with the team to help improve our products/services.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Urdu (spoken, reading and written). English proficiency is also required.
Rotational shifts: Ready for rotational shift job. (Center will open 24x7)
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
