**Marketing Cum PR Executive**

**Experience**: 1 to 3 years
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Cum PR Executive to drive brand awareness, manage communications, and support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves a mix of strategic thinking, storytelling, and hands-on execution to strengthen the company’s brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to promote ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with media outlets, agencies, and influencers for coverage and collaborations.
- Create engaging content for press releases, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Support in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and public perception.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or PR, preferably within real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
