**Job Description - Position: PR Executive/ Senior PR Executive**

**Job Location: Mumbai, Santacruz West**

As a Senior PR in our dynamic Marketing Communications Agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic communication initiatives for our diverse range of clients. We are looking for at least 3 years of Agency experience mainly servicing clients from lifestyle and hospitality (F&B) background.

**Requirements -**

1) Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with

clients' goals and objectives.

2) Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts,

ensuring effective placement of client stories and messages.

3) Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of PR campaigns,

utilizing various channels to maximize reach and impact.

4) Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding

their needs, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring client satisfaction.

5) Content Creation: Craft compelling press releases, articles, and other materials to

effectively communicate clients' messages to target audiences.

6) Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans, ensuring a

swift and effective response to any unforeseen challenges.

7) Industry Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging

issues to provide proactive insights and recommendations.

8) Budget Management: Responsible for managing budgets related to PR campaigns and
ensuring cost-effective strategy execution.

9) Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze the success of PR campaigns, providing
insights and recommendations for continuous improvement backed with data driven
results.

**Qualifications & Job Specifications -**
- Proven experience in PR with a focus on campaign management.
- Strong understanding of media landscapes and established media relationships.
- Excellent verbal & written Communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
