PR Executive

As a PR in our dynamic PR agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic communication initiatives for our diverse range of clients.

**Responsibility**
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, ensuring effective placement of client stories and messages.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of PR campaigns, utilizing various channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling press releases, articles, and other materials to effectively communicate clients' messages to target audiences.
- Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans, ensuring a swift and effective response to any unforeseen challenges.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging issues to provide proactive insights and recommendations.
- Budget Management: Responsible for managing budgets related to PR campaigns and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze the success of PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in PR with a focus on strategy and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of media landscapes and established media relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience managing a team is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
