**Role overview**:
As the PR and Brand Marketing Specialist for Balance Nutrition (BN), your primary responsibility is to align closely with the CEO founder’s brand strategy while overseeing the market positioning, packaging, and visibility of our brands and offerings. You will lead initiatives to differentiate our brands in the market, manage collaborations and partnerships, and execute strategies across digital platforms for maximum impact.

**What will you do?**
- Work closely with the CEO founder to understand and align with the overarching brand strategy for BN, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect the brand’s core values and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market competitor assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for BN brands and their offerings. Use this analysis to refine positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Develop clear positioning strategies for BN and its constituent offerings (programs, apps, and websites) to differentiate them in the market and appeal to target audiences effectively.
- Identify strategic collaboration and partnership opportunities that align with brand values and objectives. Negotiate and execute partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Utilize digital mediums such as social media, websites, and apps to differentiate Khyati and BN brand effectively. Provide clear briefs and guidance to content strategy, social media, and content production teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and engagement.
- Build and manage a team of social media managers and website managers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure consistent brand representation and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility, manage media relations, and promote positive public perception for Khyati and BN.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, collaborations, and digital initiatives. Use data insights to optimize strategies, drive growth, and achieve marketing objectives.

**Skills we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in PR, brand marketing, and digital marketing roles, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on social media and website management.
- Experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights for decision-making.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
