A Day in the Life

Incumbent to be responsible for achieving team objectives with relation to tender related activities. Having any prior experience in Govt. procurement, tender participation will be a plus. Incumbent is required to have support level communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Working on tender specific activities such as creation of Letters of Authorization and other required documentation.
- Getting trained and working on inhouse tools such as RPA & SFDC to access tenders and process for execution.
- Interpersonal skills and product knowledge are critical to responding and troubleshooting tender related activities.
- Working on various Govt. e-procurement portals to access tenders, identify relevancy and prepare documentation.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as legal dept, regulatory dept, finance dept. and external stakeholders such as CA.
- Interpersonal skills to work in a team setup and contribute individually towards the GeM & non-GeM tenders.
- Work with channel team to verify legitimate and valid distributor details for indirect tender processing.
