**Job Title: Telecaller (Female) - Loan Sales**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and provide information about Gandak Finance's loan products.
- Build and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Listen to customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products that meet their financial needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Effectively handle objections and provide clear and accurate information to potential customers.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer skills.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary Range: INR 8,426 to 33,993 (Salary will be decided based on experience and skill set)
- Performance-based incentives to encourage revenue generation.
- 6 days working schedule.

**Note**:
The employee's salary is directly tied to their performance, and meeting sales targets is mandatory for salary determination.

**Salary**: ₹8,415.29 - ₹33,992.13 per month
