**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and faculty with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain student records, schedules, and appointment bookings.
- Handle admission processes, assist with enrollment, and provide basic guidance to prospective students.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth institute operations.
- Manage office supplies, maintain cleanliness, and oversee general front-desk organization.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in a receptionist or front-office role (preferably in an educational or healthcare setting).
- Proficiency in **English and Tamil** (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
