**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments

**Administrative Duties**:

- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary
- Support internal teams with document preparation, reports, and presentations
- Assist with onboarding new employees (ID badges, desk setup, etc.)
- Update and maintain company databases and records

**Additional Responsibilities (Optional, if relevant)**:

- Assist with basic accounting or invoicing tasks
- Support HR or Marketing departments with administrative projects
- Coordinate office events or meetings

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
