**About the Role**:
We are looking for two driven and goal-oriented Business Development Interns with a background in recruitment consultancy to support our team in generating leads, onboarding new clients, and contributing to business growth. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development while working remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**: Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, introducing them to our recruitment services and securing onboarding opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends to enhance lead generation efforts.
- **Client Onboarding**: Successfully onboard 15 clients monthly, meeting established targets for stipend qualification.
- **Data Management**: Keep detailed records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and progress in lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of Fresher-6month in a recruitment consultancy role, with familiarity in recruitment processes and business development.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- **Availability**: Must be available to start immediately and meet the monthly onboarding targets.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
