Job Description Summary:
The Office Administrator/Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the team in CFA Institute’s office in Mumbai.
The duties include but are not limited to: Data entry; assistance on event management and travel planning; creation of presentations and reports; coordination of meetings, conference calls and travel; note-taking; and inter-department coordination.
The position is based in Mumbai and will report to the Country Head

**Job Description**:
As the Office Administrator you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide general administrative support to the team e.g. coordinating in-person meetings and conference calls, taking and distributing minutes, processing expenses and booking travel
- Develop expertise in using CFA Institute Systems and tools efficiently, provide support and training to colleagues in using these tools
- Assist with creating, reviewing and delivering reports, publications and presentations
- Prepare, compose and/or proofread written communications
- Manage / coordinate special projects: Provide administrative support in the preparation and coordination of events including registering attendees, supporting travel logistics, coordinate venues, equipment, times, speakers, activities and guests
- Build strong working relationships with the functional team and global staff in India and other offices.
- Work as a team to provide back-up support to colleagues during busy periods and staff absences
The skills and experience required for this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an office administrator/receptionist etc
- Fluency in English required, knowledge of additional languages would be useful.
- Global cultural orientation and working experience
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
- Proficient using standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (include any other systems (Workday, SalesForce, etc.) and preferences on proficiency, familiar with, proficiency in, etc.
- Very high level of organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations
