**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Donor Engagement & Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing donors (individuals, foundations, corporations, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for donors, responding promptly to inquiries, providing updates, and addressing concerns.
- Implement donor stewardship plans, ensuring that donors feel valued and appreciated for their contributions.
- Organize and coordinate donor events, including recognition programs, fundraising events, and special donor meetings.
- **Donor Acquisition**:

- Identify and research potential new donors (individuals, corporate sponsors, foundations, etc.).
- Assist in creating strategies for acquiring new donors and expanding the donor base.
- Conduct outreach and cultivation efforts to attract new donors and increase donations.
- **Donor Communication**:

- Prepare and send personalized thank-you letters, impact reports, and donation receipts to ensure donors feel acknowledged and informed about how their contributions are making a difference.
- Collaborate with the marketing or communications team to produce donor-focused materials that highlight the organization’s achievements and the impact of donations.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and update the donor database.
- Track donations, generate reports, and monitor donor engagement metrics to assess and improve fundraising efforts.
- Analyze donor behavior and trends to develop strategies for increased retention and engagement.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the fundraising and development team to meet fundraising targets and goals.
- Provide input and insights on donor trends, feedback, and preferences to help shape fundraising campaigns.
- Support the organization’s overall mission by aligning donor engagement strategies with organizational objectives.
- **Fundraising Support**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, and capital campaigns.
- Help identify opportunities for strategic partnerships or sponsorships with individuals or organizations that align with the organization's goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
