Job Description:
- Responsible for Handling school ERP.
- Create Google classroom ID
- School ERP Login credentials mails to be sent to new parents and existing parents.
- Update any information as and when required In School ERP.
- Update the school announcement on the website bulletin board on a weekly basis as per the calendar and upload the Timetable in school ERP.
- Develop and carry out effective documentation and filing systems for both paper and electronic records.
- Managing and handling all the third party vendors and external parties.
- Coordinating and supervising the social media, PR and other agencies.
- Maintaining and updating the collaterals, eg. the various forms and documents to be printed, internal signages, external signages, annual ad creatives, appointment ads etc.
- Placing orders (sending out PO) to vendors to have the collaterals printed as and when required, and approving bills for payment for such POs.
- Coordinating with the ERP team.
- Updating content on the website such as but not limited to the Calendar, Holiday List, photograph etc.
- Proofreading, editing and coordinating with regards to the monthly newsletters/magazines
- Keeping track of photographs and videos inventory.
- Content writing i.e.e various articles for blogs, facebook posts, etc
- Analysing and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations
- Prepare PPTs for inhouse events, seminars, workshops, etc
- Coordinate and execute with the media houses for Awards, Certificates and other recognitions
- Coordinating with the designer and printing for all creatives. Record keeping of all creatives
- UpKeep and maintenance of all the current creatives.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, medi will be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic customer service skills.
- Good time management skills.
