Job Description:

- Managing and handling all the third party vendors and external parties.
- Ensuring the social media channels in use have regular, high quality and creative content output
- Coordinating and supervising the social media, PR and other agencies.
- Maintaining and updating the collaterals, eg. the various forms and documents to be printed, internal signages, external signages, annual ad creatives, appointment ads etc.
- Placing orders (sending out PO) to vendors to have the collaterals printed as and when required, and approving bills for payment for such POs.
- Coordinating with the website and ERP team.
- Updating content on the website such as but not limited to the Calendar, Holiday List, SEO content, photographs, Book List etc.
- Proofreading and editing the monthly newsletters/magazines
- Coordinating with the in house designer for day to day creatives for school and social media.
- Coordinating with the media houses for regular publishing of articles, ads and other offline communication.
- Content writing i.e.e various articles for blogs, facebook posts, etc
- Analysing and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations
- Managing and updating Google My Business and Website on a regular basis
- Prepare PPTs for inhouse events, seminars, workshops, etc
- Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.
- Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally.
- Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.
- Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms

Experience & Skill Sets
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.
- Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
- Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
- Good understanding of social media ads.
- Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar tools.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, media, or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic customer service skills.
- Good time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
