**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking and Issuing Tickets**: Collaborate with travel consultant in booking and issuing tickets for flights, trains, and other travel modes. Ensure accuracy and completeness in ticketing procedures.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Collaborate with travel consultant for hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- **Reservation Systems**: Utilize travel booking systems and software to manage reservations and issue tickets. Keep up-to-date with system changes and updates.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently. Resolve booking discrepancies and address client concerns promptly.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and process travel documentation, including itineraries, e-tickets, and travel vouchers.
- **Sales and Promotions**: Inform clients about current promotions, travel packages, and special offers. Upsell additional services and products as appropriate.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies, travel regulations, and industry standards.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service or ticketing role is highly desirable. Experience with travel reservation systems is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
