**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Associate** to join our team, specializing in **international air ticketing and reservations**. The role requires working in **night shifts** to cater to global clients, ensuring smooth travel arrangements, accurate ticket issuance, and excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **international ticket reservations, cancellations, reissuance, and refunds** using GDS/airline portals (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Assist customers with **fare quotations, itinerary planning, and travel-related queries**.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of international air tickets.
- Provide support for **visa guidelines, travel insurance, baggage, and airline policies**.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for **PNR changes, fare rules, and special service requests (SSR)**.
- Manage **corporate and individual travel bookings** efficiently.
- Maintain updated knowledge of **airline policies, IATA guidelines, and industry regulations**.
- Achieve targets related to **ticket sales, upselling, and cross-selling travel services**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Travel & Tourism / BPO/ Aviation Management** (preferred).
- **2-3 years of experience** in international air ticketing and travel operations.
- Strong working knowledge of **GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)**.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Ability to work in **night shifts** and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a professional and courteous attitude.

**Perks & Benefits**:
Pay: ₹159,420.64 - ₹600,000.00 per year
