**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Legal Associate** with **2-3 years of experience in corporate law** to assist our **corporate lawyer** in handling day-to-day legal matters of the organization. The role involves working closely with management and legal counsel on documentation, compliance, and other legal assignments. This position may also require **travelling** to coordinate with vendors, government departments, or legal authorities when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the **corporate lawyer** in all legal and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts, MOUs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation and approvals.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support the lawyer in case preparations, documentation, and external communication.
- Visit external offices, law firms, or government departments as and when required.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all legal documents and correspondence.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **LLB or equivalent degree** from a recognized university.
- **2-3 years of experience in corporate law**, preferably in a corporate or publishing setup.
- Sound knowledge of corporate, contract, and compliance laws.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel for work-related legal matters when required.
- Organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
