Ticketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Make airline reservations, issue, reissue and cancel tickets using **Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)**:

- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings and fare quotations
- Ensure all ticketing processes comply with airline rules and company policies
- Assist clients with date changes, refunds, cancellations and revalidations
- Generate and send itineraries and invoices to clients
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve issues
- Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the booking

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience using at least one major GDS/CRS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Good understanding of airline fare rules, reissue/revalidation processes, and refund procedures
- Strong communication skills in English (and local language, if needed)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
