**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Junior Project Coordinator** to support our project management team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to develop their project coordination skills in a fast-paced IT environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers in coordinating internal resources and client-facing activities.
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support in identifying project risks and help implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project requirements and standards are met.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-6 months of experience in project coordination, internships included.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with project management tools (like Jira, Trello, or MS Project) is a plus.
