**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate team collaboration to achieve project milestones and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes for better efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in project coordination or a related role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project workflows.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
