Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Coordinator to support

the planning, execution, and tracking of technology projects. This role is ideal for recent

graduates in Computer Science (CSE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), or

Information Technology (IT) who are looking to kickstart their career in project management

within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Support project documentation including plans, reports, meeting minutes, and logs.
- Assist in organizing team meetings, tracking tasks, and following up on deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Identify and report project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Help maintain project tracking systems and databases.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and timelines.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech degree in Computer Science (CSE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), or

Information Technology (IT).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a coordination or support role.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and basic project management principles is a

plus.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
