**IT Technical Project Coordinator / Manager**

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Technical Project Manager with 2 years of experience in the technical field to join our dynamic team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Management**:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- **Project Execution**:

- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within the stipulated time, budget, and quality.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize project management software and methodologies.
- Oversee the quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- in a technical role (e.g., software development, systems analysis, IT infrastructure)
- Proven experience in project management.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a high-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- High level of initiative and the ability to drive change.

**We need a team player who is willing to give day and night to ensure project success is top priority.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
